Mr. Gary Yau has been involved in the financial industry since 1987 and he has over 30 years of experience. He founded a fully licensed financial group under the Securities and Futures Commission, and has many years of practical experience in product development, asset and wealth management, establishment and management of family offices, private equity investment. Currently, Mr. Yau is the Group CEO of Shanggu International Financial Group, responsible for the overall operation and development of the entire financial group and leads the company in seeking different partners for strategic cooperation. Mr. Yau's extensive experience in the financial industry and his good connections enable him to provide unique insights and advice on the company's business development. He has an in-depth understanding of financial market operations and trends, allowing him to quickly grasp market opportunities and formulate relevant strategies. -
Wiley O’Yang
Managing Director
Wiley O’Yang has about 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and legal profession. He is an expert in various types of equity fundraising activities, including IPO, rights issue, placing and debt transactions, and other financial advisory activities, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and privatization. Prior to joining Shanggu Securities, he was the Managing Director for leading investment banks, such as CMBC International, Maybank Kim Eng, UBS, J.P Morgan and BNP Paribas.
Wiley has a MBA degree and was graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science degree. He was a partner in Reed Smith Richards Butler, a well-known international law firm and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant and The Law Society of Hong Kong. -
Alvin Leung
Managing Director
Alvin is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and has over 17 years of investment banking experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Before joining Shanggu Group, he previously worked in leading financial groups including Mizuho, Mitsubishi UFJ and ICBC and acted as their Sponsor Principal to sponsor companies for listing application in Hong Kong. Alvin has been in charge of various Hong Kong IPOs, M&A and pre-IPO transactions for clients in Greater China and other Asian regions. In particular, Alvin has expertise and experience for helping various companies in developing stages for corporate finance and restructuring matters to satisfy their expansion and funding needs at pre-IPO stages and help them prepare for further development and going for listing.

Alissa Man
Associate
Alissa Man started her career in the media industry. Alissa was the Market Development Manager with the Italian publisher Swan Group Srl. which publishes an array of top-notch magazines, including MONSIEUR, Arbiter and Spirit diVino. She is instrumental in bringing the luxury lifestyle magazine Spirit diVino to Asia. Alissa has branched out into the finance industry in recent years. Prior to joining Shanggu Securities, she assisted a team of fund mangers in setting up a private equity fund, due diligence of investment projects and industry analysis at an asset management firm.

Ernest Leung

Mr. Ernest Leung is a well-known stock market analyst and options strategist among major local and international media in Hong Kong. Cesar Han

Cesar worked at UBS from 2011 to 2018. During his tenure as Executive Director, he was active with Chinese companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He participated in transactions including IPO advisory, debt issuance, convertible bond issuance, rights issue as well as various kinds of M&As. He has experience educating clients on equity fundraising options, conducting corporate restructuring, building marketing stories and helping clients understand transaction structures and pricing in conjunction with the UBS’s capital markets team for public market transactions. For private market and M&A transactions, his role included also negotiations between parties.
